We offer a full technical support service including:

  • Dedicated telephone support and advice line for hardware use and faults
  • Remote computer and desktop support for which we use our own SMART Bridgit data conferencing software
  • Remote training and user support via our own SMART Bridgit video and data conferencing software
  • Emergency call outs and on-site support.
