Maintenance

We offer a range of affordable and low cost Maintenance options  to suit your needs. Below is an example of some of our standard Maintenance services.

Option 1

AVS01 – One off Maintenance visit to service all of your projectors and Interactive Whiteboards.

Option 2

AVS02 – Maintenance visits to service all of your projectors and Interactive Whiteboards per year & 2 Emergency on site Call outs. Phone or email support is included and we will liaise with manufacturers on your behalf, track and manage any faults until a satisfactory conclusion is reached.

Option 3

AVS03 – Our all encompassing Maintenance service. 2 Maintenance visits to service all of your projectors and Interactive Whiteboards per year, unlimited* call outs, quarterly health check visit, replacement loan units if your equipment is faulty and full de / re install service if equipment has to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. We will liaise with manufacturers on your behalf, track and manage any faults until a satisfactory conclusion is reached.
