Meeting Room Manager

The Evoko Room Manager is a new system for booking rooms that displays the booking status outside the meeting room on touch-sensitive screens.  Using Microsoft Outlook or by touching the Evoko screen you can view, make, extend or cancel meetings.  If the the room of your choice is unavailable Evoko will suggest alternative free rooms.

Using Evoko, meeting delegates can quickly and easily report faults with any of equipment within the room, ensuring any faults can be rectified quickly.

These easy to use screens are connected to your companies Microsoft Exchange server, no additional software is required.
